The hotel is good. Room is clean. I think the staff tried their best to improve the quality. Location is a bit far away from city center, but given that karakol is a small city, it is acceptable. What is not acceptable is that the wifi didnt work on the day I arrived (I was on roaming). There was no notifications in advance even if they knew it before I checked in. Finally, the staff shared his personal hotspot, which is only accessible on the 1st floor. If you consider to book, I suggest to check with hotel staff in advance about the wifi.

This place seemed to be fully booked when I was there. A supermarket is on the next block, and the main shopping and restaurant area is about ten minutes walk away. The room was simple but good for the price, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was amall but fine. There is a bar downstairs, and on one just one of the nights it was a *bit* noisy under my room.... but I was tired so it didn't bother me for long.
